    Yeah thanks I think Im going to stick with controsoil since it seems cheaper, what size do you use extra fine or fine? EDIT: Also decided to consider SL aqua soil and controsoil. Anyone prefer one over another?

    Well I think those are the hardiest. I would say mischlings also but they are basically the same category. I had a tds of 5 in my tank once since I forgot about adding the reminilizer, and one of the shrimps got berried.

    Well I think it's better to use a shrimp specialized reminilizer just to be safer.

    Not quite sure, eveything seems normal too me. Maybe they had an infection within the shrimp

    You should stop dosing flourish after every water change dose it every other day not every day, chemicals can cause damage too. Is your tank planted? If not you don't really need flourish.
