Water params are: Ammonia - 0 Nitrite - 0 Nitrate 5-10 TDS 120 Ph - 6.4 I understand that changes of color most of the time is due to the shrimp starting to decompose. This time its a little different. It's only happening to my blue bolts and the change of color is isolated on the head only. It looks something similar to this:

Hi, Recently purchased some shrimps and about a week in I started to get die off's. Shrimps are sluggish and once I pull them out of the water their heads are bright red/orange. Any of you guys dealt with something like this?

Sounds good! I'll just go ahead and replace the water then. And yes, Taiwan bee's are definitely awesome! I also love the extra challenge in keeping them too lol.

Hi everyone! I've been meaning to sell/giveaway my cherries and amano's to start a Taiwan bee tank. The TDS in this tank is around 350 and my question to you guys is... after i clear out the tank should I just throw the old eco-complete substrate away and start new or should I just replace old water with RODI and go from there? Thanks guys/gals!

Hi everyone, my 20g long is just about finished cycling and shrimps have not been added yet. I am using RODI water and I've added a few scoops of Salty Shrimp GH+ to raise the GH up to 5. My KH is at 1 and my TDS reading is hovering around 90. Here is my problem, the CRS that I am transferring over to the new tank is in a 10g and living in water with a TDS of 150. How do you guys go about raising TDS without messing with the GH and KH? Is it okay to just drip acclimate the shrimp and then add them into the 90 TDS tank?

Is everything gone?
