  1. Yes, they are long - yes they are available.
  2. Hi - Well I am in Rio Nido - Off River Road - off Hwy 101 West of Santa Rosa
  3. Hi - What I have left is a 22 gallon long tank, a 12 gal tank and a few other smaller ones, a lot of heaters, lights, heater controller, lots of decorations, rocks etc. Come and get it.
  4. Hi Tuan: I have a guy coming from San Francisco on Saturday the 18th. I promised I would give him first choice on stuff. He is a student with limited funds, so we want to help him out. I know he won't take everything. Especially the tanks. So, I will contact you after he has picked out the things he needs.
  5. Yes - I have a great RO/DI unit that can go with the 15 caridina shrimps. And I have 3 - 5gal bottles that I keep ro/di water in that you can have. Got lots of good stuff. Do you know where Rio Nido or Guerneville is?
  6. It is time for me to retire from the shrimp hobby. I have many tanks of different sizes (because I started out with small tanks, then got bigger ones, then got bigger ones), lots of different lights, filters, decorations, etc. But I don't want to ship anything. Especially the tanks. Sooooo, since I am located in Northern California, 1/2 hour west of Santa Rosa, I would like someone who wants these goodies to come and get them.
  7. Incredible photos!!!!! I have saved your link to my shrimp favorites to study later. I have a Nikon 80 and the tamron 90 that I want to learn more about.. Thank you for posting this.
  8. I'm with Dazalea on this one. I spent $500 to purchase mosuras from an importer - lost every one of them - ouch. Not so much for the money - but yeah, learned my lesson very well. Don't purchase from importers. With everything the little guys go through in transport-they don't have much chance of making it.
  9. Have you always fed Genchem Astaxanthin to your neos? I understand that product can affect the color of neos and I am wondering if that can also cause this problem you are having since it is only the neos that are affected.
  10. So I bought a 10 pack from Han - The ingredient list is only Algae and egg powder. I put 2 in my 22 gal tank. I have about 100 or so shrimp. Pkg says 1 stick for 30 shrimp. OMG - immediately after sticking into the substrate my shrimp have covered both sticks. They look very excited and happy.
  11. Welcome Densha. Beautiful tank. And I love the kid hanging upside down!
  12. Yep it sure did, Han. You should offer that as an option for your caves. I know it is a more expensive plant - but man it looks great and really does fill in beautifully!
  13. I use a MicMol brand light. Got the recommendation from Deta Aquarium. Great light - programmable. http://www.micmol.com/aquamini.html
  14. Here is a photo of the mini pellia in my tank. 22 gal Mr. Aqua - I keep it pretty plain with only the mini pellia some cholla wood, amber cones - using a corner HMF, a tower block filter on the other side and also a Eheim 2213. I like lots of filtration. Love this tank - easy maintenance. I asked Han if he could put some of the mini pellia on his stainless steel shrimp cave - 5 piece - Did not know how well it would grow. Well - as you can see, I actually need to trim it back some - it has grown so well.
  15. I have no moss anymore in my tank - just lots of Mini Pellia. Love it - always pretty and clean looking. I even asked Han to put it on a 5 chamber metal pyramid instead of moss. Filled in beautifully. I'll try and get a photo up of it tomorrow.
