  1. How would I go about that? Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  2. I have plenty of males I have 13 shrimp and at least 6 are male Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  3. So I have one Cherry that has now been berried twice over the past 4 days both times she's berried for 1 day and then drops them by morning. I think this morning it was me turning on the light this morning because they are all in one spot like she got scared and shot them out. The picture below is right after I turned on the light Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  4. So an update, definitely was what I thought, on Saturday she was berried for a total of 6 hours with no problems then for some reason my other cherries kept trying to walk over or push past her until she finally started dropping eggs first about 12 then by the morning they were gone... sadness.... but she is saddled again so I hope another try will be in the near future Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  5. Well so far I've had no problems it's been over 2 weeks with no nipping or even showing interest(was keeping them well fed while introducing the RCS) The danios even seemed to protect my female when she was releasing her pheromones I could see them staying close but not too close and keeping my ghost shrimp away(they were just trying to walk past) even ignoring the males the are bumping into them and swimming right in front of their faces so hopefully all goes well Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  6. So I've had my RCS for about 3 weeks now waiting for one of my females to get berried, no luck yet, but I come home from work to all my males "flying" around the tank, does this mean one of my females has finally released her pheromones? Any thoughts? Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  7. I thought ghost shrimp could only get berried in a salty or alkaline environment but my tank parameters are no where even close to that they even have 6 danios and 3 mountain minnows I thought there would be too much stress anyways but somehow I have a berried ghost shrimp and I'm kind of fifty it's my first [emoji13] Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  8. I currently have 6 Cherry shrimp on their way to me, now my only concern I have is I have 4 zebra and 2 longfin danios they are fairly peaceful with all of my other shrimp(10ghosts 2 amano all peaceful not even the ghost are territorial they just swim over eachother) and tank mates (2 oto and 2 nerite snails) I just want to know if my Cherry's will be OK with the danios Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  9. I'm looking for just a few Cherry shrimp in Tucson AZ anyone in my area willing to get rid of some Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  10. Thank you so much I'll definitely look there Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  11. Hi guys I'm new to the forum and also fairly new to Tucson. I'm looking to see if anyone knows how to get or can supply just a few red cherry shrimp for my 20L I want to start light to make sure they will survive in the tank but the LFS sells baby's for $6 a pop and I don't want to spend that kind of money to start them off this is a cheap DIY planted tank Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
