    Not sure. The shrimp gods must hate me. just when I thought I was doing really good... might have killed the hobby for me along with a fair amount of nice shrimp

    From googling maybe damselfly larvae? I noticed it when I saw my biggest/best 24k flying around the tank like crazy. I also recently had numbers drop and had hoped they were hiding... probably got hunted super bummed advice?

    These two popped up in my 10g a few weeks ago. No others and no babies. They look cool... kinda metallic. They don't seem to be eating plants and basically act like my nerite in the tank... cleaning up. Any idea what they are?

    I've been using a reef feeder (like a turkey baster) to suck out junk.What to you use to create the vacuum on the airline tube? Sounds like a good method.

    My shrimp seem to love Borneo wild Bebe... especially the vampires. It gets the most activity of any foods I've tried. Recently been trying the csf sample pack. The baby powder gets less reaction than the BW Bebe but seems fine. Just got BacterAE. Haven't tried it yet. I've been adding tiny amounts of anything I try (way below recommended) and never at the same time. Any recommendations/warnings about mixing products? I've been trying to play safe.

    I have neon tetras with rcs and vampire shrimp right now. Water just tested kh0 GH5 tds260 PH6.8 75F I bet the fish would be fine but I plan to move mine when I can. They coexist ok but they harass the shrimp and try to steal food at times. I haven't witnessed a kill but the shrimplets don't hide like you think they should... I bet it happens.
