Shrimp tank being clogged steam when using chiller

Condensation in building construction is an unwanted phenomenon as it may cause dampness, mold health issues, wood rot, corrosion, weakening of mortar and masonry walls, and energy penalties due to increased heat transfer. To alleviate these issues, the indoor air humidity needs to be lowered, or air ventilation in the building needs to be improved. This can be done in a number of ways, for example opening windows, turning on extractor fans, using dehumidifiers, drying clothes outside and covering pots and pans whilst cooking. Air conditioning or ventilation systems can be installed that help remove moisture from the air, and move air throughout a building.[3] The amount of water vapour that can be stored in the air can be increased simply by increasing the temperature.[3] However, this can be a double edged sword as most condensation in the home occurs when warm, moisture heavy air comes into contact with a cool surface. As the air is cooled, it can no longer hold as much water vapour. This leads to deposition of water on the cool surface. This is very apparent when central heating is used in combination with single glazed windows in winter.

What is your temperature of your tank and what is the temperature of the room the tank is in?

Since you are in Vietnam which is a tropical country you probably see this all time, for example when you drink an ice cold beverage outside when its hot and humid you get water build up on the outside of the glass, the same thing is happening to your tank. The easiest way to fix this problem is by having both the room temperature and tank temperature be near the same temprature. I know electricity can be expensive in Vietnam and air conditioners use a lot of electricity so if it costs you too much money to cool down the room then I would try  aising the tank temperature higher until the water stops building up on the glass without harming your shrimps. At 23-24C your getting very close to the highest temperatures for bee shrimps.
