polarbear656
After turning off my filter, all my shrimp started to swim everywhere. They're usually calm and stick to surfaces. My filter has a decent flow to it. It looks really cool but I'm wondering if its a sign of anything. Whats making them go wild?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
DA SHRIMP KID
I like to hear the answers we get here. Nice tank you got going on there! Shrimp look good too
DETAquarium
I certainly don't know why they so this, but I can relate. When I turn my canisters off for any reason, the shrimp become increasingly more active. They are usually all over the tank normally but they just get a "pep in their step" when the filter is off. llankie
Mine do this to, been doing it for a year and haven't seen any issues, only 2 deaths at all in that yearSent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
Purplepanda
I have noticed this as well, of course it's more pronounced if this happens to coincide with an eligible female releasing her pheromones and the males all doing their manic love dance..
