Bensshrimp
Hi everyone. This is my first post to the site. I've been keeping red cherry shrimp in my tank along with 3 guppies for about 6 months now and over the past week I've noticed something strange. As you can see from the picture it seems as though this shrimps head has come detached from its body. This happened about 4 days ago to another shrimp and I woke up the next morning to find that it had died and I don't want the same fate to happen to the rest. If there's anyone that could help me diagnose the issue or tell how I could prevent it further that would be great. Thanks

TropicalAquarist
Do you have a local fish store close by? Almost all shops will test the water for you, for free.Just bring a tap water sample and a tank sample and record the results. You can also buy a test kit for $5 on Amazon...
