Fishnchips808
I do not have access to amano shrimp and I'm not really willing to pay to have them shipped since it gets expensive, I've looked into other methods from removing hair algae such as dosing excel but I've read that it melts moss, that being said I do not want to risk melting my fissidens collection being that it grows painfully slow as it is, any suggestions? huntingtrees
You should try removing it by hand. I had the same problem with my java moss; hair algae started growing in it and almost completely consumed it. The only thing that worked was using both hands to physically separate the moss from the algae. It took a few weeks (I did a little bit every day) but now I have healthy, algae-free java moss again. Good luck
