    Mark's Almost-ADA tank

BOOOOOOOOOOOM. PREGNANT SHRIMP. I'm so happy I can't contain it.
  2. I'm in love with the red line bee. Do you have a large colony of them?
  3. Hard to ignore my scapes when I'm done with them ^^
  4. I'm a sucker for beautiful scapes, but I may try this some day. It looks super shrimp oriented.
  5. SOLD. Let me know if there's more interest guys, I can bring more in.
  6. I joined the buce club with two species. Roughly 20 plants EricJ on TPT has awesome buce. So does Han
  7. Oh what the heck I thought you were buffalo for some reason. And no the thread isn't dull
  8. Oh and I always forget to ask are you an officer for BPD or a south/north town? I know some of those guys/dispatchers as I'm a reporter. Your worst nightmare
  9. Excellent progress. I stop reading this thread days at a time just so when I come back there's more to read lol
  10. I forgot to add they're 12 inches long and 2 inches wide. (The metal part)
  11. Hey bud, no I don't do anything high tech, so I don't have a par meter. I can tell you I recommend them on tanks no taller than 10-12 inches, and they're good on tanks up to 15 inches long. They're obviously stronger the shorter your tank is, but up to 12 inches, they're really the ideal light for moss crypts and viewing shrimp without growing algae.
  12. You'd have an expensive toilet flush/morsel of dinner then. And really? Not one thing? C'mon now. If you just did some heavy cleaning, washed laundry or anything like that, a simple hand rinse will not remove all traces of soaps. Soaps kill shrimp.
  13. Hey guys, For sale here I've got some brand new small lights which are basically a Chinese production of the UP Aqua Pro 3C lights, but in my opinion a bit better, and not just because of how sleek they are. Over the UP Aqua fixture, they offer a better built in system for affixing to the glass (which must be rimless or a super small rim) and a better color temperature for plants at 6500k. The coolest thing about this fixture is the touch on-touch off feature. No switches. The body is sandblasted aluminum, it's bendy neck. The only drawback is the chord is a bit short, but the lights are FANTASTIC for the little 2g AquaTop cubes. I mean it. This light is perfect for shrimp moss crypts Anubias/Buce and lower light plants. I've got TWO lights remaining for sale. I'd like $36 shipped for them. Boxes only opened to test if they're working.
  14. Shipping was $12-$14 depending on where you live. Not bad shipping. Super pricy tank. Lol
