Mr. F
I think the shrimp answered the question for me. Over the past week or so, one is finally berried! Looks like a smallish clutch of eggs, but it's a very good sign. [emoji4]. Also one has turned a really nice blue head to toe, err, tail, and about half the remainder are starting to color up as well! I'm getting giddy! Lol Congrats. I recently had my first berried blue steel! It's a great feeling!

Toads74
I'm awesomely happy with the colony, and seems to have taken off very well, surpassing all my previous adventures. There's always a pile of newborns in the Java moss! I do have a question. I'm getting a small number of "pink" or "yellow" blue bolts. The couple adults still have the blue overlay, the 5 or so youngsters I can't tell yet. I'm wondering if these should be culled or not. I have another 20g tank cycling that I can use for them in a few weeks, though it's set up for plants & guppies, not shrimp.
