Nuisance fungi/algae id...

Hi, new here. I have a 20 long crystal red shrimp tank that has been running for about 10 months now with no issue. I use an eheim canister filter, RO/DI water remineralized with Mineral GH+, ADA Amazonia substrate, with no heater (temp stays between 70 and 75°), and a small led light to keep the Java moss and single small sword plant alive. In the past few weeks I have noticed the growth of a filamentous, clear fungal type organism. The shrimp will happily graze on any algae that grows in the tank, but willl not touch this stuff. The attached pictures show what I describe. Any idea what this may be or how to irradicate it?

Thanks in advance
