dntm_shrimp_breeders
I am planning to build a shrimp rack soon that consist of 28 10-gallon tanks (7 tanks on each shelf). Each tank will have two sponge filters. So, the total of airlines that I will need is 56. I am also planning to the Jehmco LPH80 as the central air pump. However, I am having a difficult time on how to set this up correctly to maximize the air pressure provided by the air pump. If anyone's experienced with these type of setups, please help me out. Attached are my 2 visualized setup and I don't know which one is better. Another question is: Does it have to be a closed loop system to provide the best pressure? Thank you all in advance. Hunter
Your plan looks good, the only problem is, that you need to make this connection in loop, and you should be good:
OblongShrimp
I agree with what Hunter said, you want it to be a loop.
