Not the best looking Blue Bolt by any means, but she's berried and fanning!

This mischling actually looks this orangey yellow in person, no camera or lighting tricks. I really like this big girl.

Royal blue tiger tank is running flawlessly. Had a couple berry within the first few weeks. It was a noce suprise after no breeding all spring keeping them in pinto/tb params because I was too lazy to restart their tank. Wish I hadnt been or there would already be babies.post-225-0-05394800-1434173580_thumb.jpgpost-225-0-13054300-1434173658_thumb.jpg

Super bad cell pic after lights out, but she has no cooperated when the dslr is out. Had placed a oebt in royal tank to check the tank before adding royals. Less than a week later I saw she was saddled. So I snatched her up and threw her back in pinto tank. With in a few days she was berried. Father is either pinto or tb. Excited to see the results.

Thanks infamouz. I have a set up that works, should have stuck with it, but what is the point of shrimping but to experiment? I now know they do no do well in low kh/ph conditions haha, only cost me like half my population lol. They should rebound quickly, have quite a few big breeder females left and a bunch of juvies who should be breeding age real soon. Thankfully royals start breeding at a very small size, the clutches are small at first but a small amount is better than none.

Are you using a lens or anything? Or is that only the camera?

Female of the new "blue moon" line of Caridina sulawesi that I am developing. The males are blue, most females are yellow. I hope this females will give birth to more blue offspring.

Here's a couple aura blue moms. Some babies are already beginning to pop up.The colors of the pics aren't the greatest due to the heavy tannins in this tank.
