nicpapa
I am starting to selective breeding crs.. I have two tanks with crs. In first one i put the shrimp that i buy, it was a-s .. After one year , i collect crs s-ss and put them on another tank. And i find small snowhites and sss crs . Now i separately the small tank into three spaces. One have ss with diferents paterns , other snowhite and in other sss. The first shrimps. seperate tank ss snowhites.. . sss And one weird... aquariumlover10
CRS are cards, rcs are neos, different genius, unless one isn't a true then they can't, but I guess they could but it would be very rare, what you have looks like a CBS with no white. miwu
That's a very interesting shrimp. You've had CRS and RCS kept together? Seems like there's words of them being able to interbreed but there isn't a lot of information about that on this forum. Could this also be a hitchhiker? I'd imagine that if a CRS and CRS did cross, there would be a couple more of these interesting ones in the tank, unless survival rate is extremely low. Do you think you can take some more pictures of that shrimp and of its rostrum?
Soothing Shrimp
I don't think neo x card is even possible. But having said that, I don't think there is proof either way. Are you sure no hitchhiker? Looks like a wild neo. Can you get a side shot of it on the substrate? Body type and position of eyes will tell alot. I start with 20-30 crs shrimps. I brew the tank wiht rcs, but never i can remove all of them . The person i buy crs, never mix wiht tiger shrimps and he have them many years.. I dont have tigers , tibee, and wild cherry I dont think its wild rcs, it have white on it, and why is only one after 200-300 crs. Some photos.. Older photos when is was small. And now . . Soothing Shrimp
Looks like a wild colored neo to me. They can have white on them when younger. IMO this is why so much assumption on cross breedings.
Jadenlea
He is really cool looking! Once these experts figure out what he can breed with, get him a mate!
TheGardenofEder
Looks like my wild neos to me but I think some of my wild neos look like tigers even though I know they are not they are just neos when they are babies they are really cool blue color
