Crush coral will continue to dissolve as long as there are acidic component in your tank. It will stop dissolving when no more acidic component left in the water column or your pH is alkaline.

Given said that, the potassium and sodium component at the surface will continuously leech out in regardless of pH. If you are putting crush coral in a tank that has acidic buffering capability substrate, your water column will overloaded with sodium and potassium after a long period of time.
