Shrimpmaster Posted February 19, 2015 Report Share Posted February 19, 2015 Since minerals won't evaporate, you should add pure Reverse Osmosis water to keep the same water parameters. Without water changes, the waste isn't going anywhere. If you put something like SS mesh on your substrate covered with moss and check under it 2 weeks later, it's filled with waste underneath.
