DETAquarium
I just installed GUSH Lily Pipes on my Carbon Rili 11.4g tank. I feel that the intake slits are so tiny I shouldn't worry about shrimplets getting sucked up. I know there could be a possibility, but please watch my YouTube video and tell me what you think, fast forward to the end to see the finish installation of the lily pipes: Thank you all for your feedback. I appreciate it. DETAquarium
featherblue
Theyre small, but id still slip a nylon over it. My shrimplets love grazing on the algae that tends to grow on my intake covers....even my tanks without covers get the same type of growth. I could see tiny shrimpkets grazing and getting caught if not sucked in. Theyve got so little go power their first month
Doc4PC2
I like it, looks great. I do think a fry could get caught, but it would probably be rare, and only with new borns.
cfosgate
I think that this would reduce the number of losses yet not entirely eliminate them. I agree with featherblue, a nylon over the intake is additional security.
