Sorry I this been mentioned before but I couldn't find an answer searching the forum or browsing the web.

Why some extreme BKK doesn't have any white on the tip of the tail while most others do?

It is quite rare to come across an Extreme BKK with no white at all on its tail, but it all boils down to genetics. Selective breeding.

Full black KK with four white dots on the tail fan qualifies as extreme BKK.

 

without white dots completely, it's just personal preference. not make it more extreme.
