Often these are sold to the serious hobbyists who want to be the first on the block to have them. My grandparents loved to be the first to own things. You'll see many things a 1/3 of the price we pay lol. They usually have alot of stuff than we got as the shrimp trade here is relatively small in comparison to other countries.
