A fee will be assessed for UPS preparing and submission of the Fish and Wildlife USFWS form 3177. Apparently freshwater & tropical shrimps are invertebrate (crustaceans) are totally different in definition than "Fish and Wild Life". And it is stated on UPS shipping policy also. May be UPS must be crazy that approved my account to be opened then.
