Soothing Shrimp
I personally like the 5 x 8. My general rule is 10 per bag. It may be different with higher end shrimp, but my projects are mostly with neos.

OblongShrimp
I always use the 5x8 myself too. Apparently Kordon is changing their manufacturing or something and so the supply is short right now.

JamesHe
I've just started to tape the corners of the bags now. Not sure how I like that or not... How do you do that? can you show us a picture?
Soothing Shrimp
Just dog ear the bottom corners, and tape them. I haven't had a problem with shrimp getting stuck in the Kordon corners, but because of the larger Ultimates, if they stay too long in the corner, some claim they can suffocate due to a small exchange area.
