Black Spot disease

How are your E2s doing?  I just noticed one of mine has a black spot with an open lesion on the red part of his body.  Since we bought our E2s from the same supplier I'm wondering if this is just a coincidence or if there is some sort of affiliation.

I checked with a few people, they said it's prob nothing. Shrimp seem fine.... so we will see :). I just had a random death, and it got me worried

From what I researched black spots is an indication that your shrimp may have a Chitinolytic bacterial disease.  If one shrimp has it then the entire batch may eventually get infected as well.  I had 5 random E2 deaths in the past 2 weeks.  Never had this problem with my other PRLs (from a different supplier) before.

Yeah, at the moment, I am just waiting and observing, and keeping my parameters as stable as possible and see what happens

I bought a sea monkey kit, only two survived and one started developing black spots on it. Could it potentially be the same thing?
