Best shrimp water mimicking parameters where they are bought from or using what is species recommendwd

Hi all,

 I am planning to buy some shrimp and have just found out that where I buy hem from they keep them in dechlorinated tap water. I live in an area with the same tap water as shop should I start with tap water and gradually convert over to remineralised to or will they be ok to start in remineralised to water. I hear that stability more important that perfect parameters so thinking start with dechloronated tap? Also not sure what what they are kept in from where the shop buys them from?
