I just added a dozen cherry shrimp 7 days ago in my 4 gallon biorb flow tank. I drip acclimated them for 3 hours. I have a well-established tank about 12 months running. The initial water parameters when the shrimp entered the water were: 0 nitrate 0 nitrite 150 ppm GH 0 chlorine 120 ppm KH 7.8 ph I've seen some successful molts, but 4 of the shrimp couldn't molt and died.
