High5's
Shrimp could get sucked into a corner filter you would have to mod it.
OMG Aquatics
What about in terms of filtration? For the corner filter, I would fill it up with Seachem Matrix and have the black sponge that comes with it on the top. Which would be better? Shrimp shouldn't be able to get sucked in since there's a layer of protection at the top
High5's
Probably better than a sponge filter, give it a shot if you can keep the baby shrimp out. Corner filter pro's better filtration. Cons/ not shrimplet safe out of the box shrimp really can't feed of it like they can a sponge pita to clean. Sponge filter Pros/ shrimplet safe provides shrimp with food. Cons/ It doesn't do water changes for you ; ]
Ron
Or you could use the Up Aqua Under Water Filter which is shrimp safe and you can put bio media in it.
