Is it okay to not dose ammonia for up to 48 hours? (cycle)

I'm at the end of my cycle now (horray!), but I won't be able to get livestock for about 48 hours. I have done a large water change to get all my parameters (NH3/NO2/NO3) to 0 and have prepped my tank. Would it be okay to not dose any further ammonia or should I dose small amounts every 24 hours to feed the BB? 

 

It's been awhile since my last cycle for my previous tanks, I'm a bit rusty haha.
