adrand
I obtained a box of it this year and am using it in a small tank with ghost bees. I really like the grain size and consistency of it. It seem to hold the PH in the low 6s. I will say though i havent had great success with baby survival. They dont seem to make it past 1 week. Obviously that could have nothing to do with the soil but figured it worth mentioning. Lots of variables at play beyond soil. The adults are surviving great in there though.Hard to see but the lowkeys soil is in the far right tank in this pic.
Josh M
I have it. I haven't seen any issue in baby survival. The LowKeys soil I got came with LowKeys Bacter, not to be confused with Speed Sand. The cycle went along fantastic. It took less than 30 days but I waited it out anyway. I used the soil in a half UGF tank that I have running now, going on about 6 months, no problem.
