9thdragon Posted March 23, 2017 Author Report Share Posted March 23, 2017 where I live in California Los Angeles USPS opens Saturday for a short period of time not regular hour and majority of the shipment expected to arrive on Monday but sometimes expected to arrive on Tuesday.
