RJordan
Help! I have 9 planted shrimp tanks. All have my beloved shrimp and a few other friends such as ramshorn, rasporas and panda Cory’s. All the tanks are heavily planted and healthy although I occasionally get planarian and deal with it using a combo of hydrogen peroxide and Prazipro. Why are the snails in my fave tank lying on the bottom?!?(I use distilled water remineralized and my sensitive shrimp should be affected before the snails by any bad water conditions. Why does this one tank have snails curled up?!?
OblongShrimp
Those look like empty shells. If you aren’t feeding enough the snails will start to die off.
