slycat929
Hi, I was wondering if anyone here keeps their BTOE with their royal blues? I do have separate tanks for them now, but I was just wondering what would happen if they were kept together. If no negative consequences, it also would help me to decrease the number of tanks I have running. Thanks in advance! Edit: I also keep my royal blues with PFR. What would happen if I feed both the MK black diamond? Will my PFR turn blackish?
Greenteam
If I'm not wrong Royals originate from BTOE so I can't see them been mixed as a bad thing. As for the food I don't know that since I had asked similar question myself.
slycat929
Yeah, I just worry that I will end up with more black than blue since it is the darker color. At the same time, I don't want to screw up the color of my PFRs by feeding them MK black diamond. I will likely have to do some tank rearranging, but I just don't want to have to add even more tanks! British Reds
Royal blue tigers are just OEBT that have been selectively bred to remove stripes. I have noticed that the royal blues you have over there look more like standard black tigers, just the pics maybe?!
wicca32
you will end up with diff shades of blue. the black is just a super dark blue. tigers are cards and pfr are neo's they wont cross so no worry there. basically you will lower the quality of the blacks
slycat929
Thanks. I wasn't worried about the neos crossing. I kinda figured I would get lower quality blacks, so I just put them in their own tank.
