manticore
Hi there.. i am working with many (most of them new) mosses. here i have a question, maybe someone can recognise this, i really do not know what it is but maybe for some of you this would be a regular moss.. i found a moss in my tank (i put there different types some unknown ) that adheres directly by itself, totally naturally to red moor. if you know what it is please let me know also. i am very happy having such a species in that tank.... manticore
when it comes near red moor, it adheres directly, naturally, by itself, and stays very flat only on the red moor. i tested it by taking it down by force from the red moor. it is repent on red moor, growing (totally) flat. thank you for the opinion, one picture on google gives a very near appearance to bubble. does bubble moss remain flat on wood? miwu
You mean it sticks to the wood immediately after they touch? Have you tested with other types of wood? And were you able to take it down by force? This seems pretty cool to me!
manticore
not imediately, but totally by itself (and it takes only a few days)... in a natural way, some rizoids i suppose... it simply loves to grow by itself on wood (and it has a nice stucture and geometry)... i do think on any wood type, i only have red moor in my tanks.. i discovered it in my tank about 2 weeks ago.. and took closer look on it this periode.. i took half of it by force of.. it came of without much damage and afterwards its starts again growing on it....
