Nuthatch
I was wondering, if my formerly pregnant female is not pregnant again, is this proof that I have no males in my tank? She came pregnant and has successfully given birth. Now she's running around with a saddle. None of my other shrimp, apparently all female due to saddles, are pregnant either. Other than the new babies there are no under-age shrimp in my tank.
Glasshalffull
The saddle will move down and turn to berries with next molt the sign of no males would be no shrimp dancing after adult female molts
Nuthatch
They don't hold sperm for future use, do they? And I've had other incidents of molting, but no pregnancies.
