Why's that?

I have a narrow-leaved version, Hygrophila corymbosa 'angustifolia'.

I love that it grows so fast and really sucks up nitrates, but I don't love that it outcompetes some of my other plants, making it hard for them to get nutrients.

And I hate that it grows so fast and in such a haphazard way that it makes my tank look very messy if I don't prune regularly.

I am actually planning to hack it way down tonight, it's blocking so much light.

My skittish tetras love it though! So much hiding space.

It might also be Nomaphila siamensis! But H. corymbosa and it look very similar! I'd Google pics of both and compare the leaf and stem structures to yours. [emoji1303]
