TheGlassBox
Yeah for lights and power! You can always seed the filter material from the fish tank. Glad the lights are back on. I only keep heat packs on hand because I ship fish and shrimp. But I never thought about using them during a power outage until now.... I live in Maine where it can get pretty cold during the winter. And we get several outages every year, but usually not for more than a few hours. But we've had 2 bad ones during the last 15 years. Once we lost power for 3 weeks! The other was 3 years ago and we lost it for 4 days at Christmastime. Everyone called it "Black Christmas". We have a wood stove and a generator for back up. Go figure! Twister54
And heating! It's a good idea, we have an electric hob so can't even heat water to use. Although this is the first time we've had a power cut like this so hopefully it will be the lastSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
