zodiac Posted December 29, 2016 Report Share Posted December 29, 2016 i would search google images for something like frogbit bugs and see if something looks like them to know what you have. they could breed larvae in the water, once hatched, live above water. i would flip over the leaves from time to time and maybe they'll drown...over time ending the population.
