I have a 10 gallon tank w/ all grades of BB and 1 female pinto and a female shadow panda. My female EBB was due any day now and as I was looking in my tank I saw her kicking vigorously on the sponge filter. Later on I checked in on her and noticed 1 baby shrimp on some moss. I’m just confused because this baby is an orangey yellow color and it looks to have stripes on its back. I took a video of it, curious to see what everyone thinks? The majority of my tank is BB with the exception of 3 shrimp. I have about 30 in there right now. IMG_2671.MOV

So whenever I see "cross-breeding" and "neos" together people always say they will turn back to their wild forms. Is this true? . I just ordered some Blue Dream Rilis to cross with my Red Rilis. I will put the females in my main tank and the males in my other Red RIli tank with just Female Red Rilis. Hopefully thats not confusing lol. . Thoughts? And have any of you successfully cross bred neos or know of anyone that has? I would love to see pictures! . Here's a picture of some of my Red Rili, it looks like the one on the front right has some blue already.

Good morning shrimpfolk. So i have read and a read as much as i can trying to determine different outcomes with crossing oebt with tb's...and i am at a loss for what kind of end goal i have. I'd like to see what comes from just crossing them with tbs but i think i should narrow down my tb to keep up with the who's who in the breeding. What do you guys think i should use? Right now i have them mixed with a bunch of mischlings, but i want to move them to my new setup and maybe keep the mischlings where they are. Am i locking myself into heading straight for pintos by mixing with the tbs? all the selective breeding gets confusing after a while. Suggestions would be awesome. i need your advice! pictures would be cool too. I guess my question is should i mix them in with a particular color...ie goldens or blue bolts and see what happens? if so what would we like to see... anyone have more success with mixing a certain type vs another?
