Glasshalffull
I was wondering those of you who keep mischlings how far along in carrying the eggs do they change color if they're going to be TB. The reason I ask is I had a female berry this last Sunday or Monday it looks to be about 10 to 15 eggs her first clutch and already it seems like 4 or 5 are a different color. I thought they didn't change til the end of pregnancy could they be going bad she fans them constantly always moving them around
Jadenlea
waiting eagerly to hear the answer to this. I didn't know you could tell from the eggs if you would get a TB!
miwu
What color are these changing to? BKK eggs are blue/black. You may have red and black mischling eggs that are showing different colors. If you can get a picture, that'll help a lot too!
Glasshalffull
I wish I could get a picture she's been incredibly shy since she berried the majority of the eggs are a light brownish color then the ones that have changed are darker blue almost black
randy
The egg colour may go through a few colour changes, mostly they will go lighter, then darker again. To tell if you'll get BKK out, it only matters in the last 3-5 days. About 2 -3 days before hatching, the eggs look like this.
