Is there any blue neo shrimp that breed true?

Hey everyone,

 

I really want some blue neo shrimp that breed true and have the look of clear crystal blue like:

So would I be going for "blue jelly" or "blue velvet"...?  Not sure if they breed true or not... but I know dream blue does not and blue diamond does not.

Blue velvet or Blue rili breed about as true as possible.

 

Blue pearl will also, although the blue varies a bit.
