OMG Aquatics Posted January 10, 2015 Report Posted January 10, 2015 I noticed my CRS love hiding under the IAL where it's dark and safe. Anyone got any good recommendations on what I can buy to provide them a better hiding spot? Quote
aquariumlover10 Posted January 10, 2015 Report Posted January 10, 2015 Mopani wood has very little tannins and sinks immediately but I would boil it first, and cholla wiod, and some slate to make a cave are good, also a small terra cotta pot cut in half and put in there is awesome. Crazyfishlady Posted January 10, 2015 Report Posted January 10, 2015 cholla wood is good too. It expands as it spends time in the water so they can crawl into the holes. I have the terra cotta shrimp caves too. Quote
Ron Posted January 10, 2015 Report Posted January 10, 2015 I use breeder tubes and my latest tank has a piece of driftwood covered in Java fern. Quote
