chibikaie
I'm not familiar with those, but they sound like they are targeted at adjusting pH, not GH. Where are you located? Maybe someone in your region can suggest some shrimp products that you can order. In most parts of the world, you will not be able to find anything suitable in a store. Blublu
I got temp down to 24C. Not sure how to get lower than that. I've also read that many keep them in this temp without problems.

Blublu
Thanks chibi! I'm using Easy-Life 5in1 test strip. After putting the Aquadur powder everyone became very active. Gonna do water test again later today.

chibikaie
Okay, that was quite possibly too much of a jump, too quickly. Hopefully they acclimated okay.
Blublu
They seem to be all good. Also, I counted babies while they were eating, 32! They are growing surprisingly fast.
Blublu
How fast you can start telling what gender the babies are? I was wondering because not only that there seems to be different size of babies, some are more yellow than others.
Blublu
I've spotted already few times molted baby shrimp skin and I havent found any dead ones. They seem to grow well. Thats good sign. Everyone is active. I hope there will not be any setbacks. Can anyone tell me name of this shrimp that I showed already in other thread Sometimes she is very deep black and shiny everywhere, then sometimes looks like this and sometimes she has brown line on the back. Blublu
I've spotted another succesfull molting. Everyone is alive still. Babies are now 19 days old.
Blublu
Babies are 32 days old. No deaths (that I would have noticed). I've been wondering why they are not growing evenly, some are very big and some are very small? Feeding too little?
