Izzy_here Posted March 12, 2015 Report Share Posted March 12, 2015 I tried to post this on USA Freshwater Shrimp and plants, but for some reason every time I try to post anything on that page, it boots me right off of Facebook. I don't know why... I wanted to give a very public shout out to soothing shrimp/Bryce for how he handled my recent shrimp order with him. I asked that my shrimp be shipped to an address that was different from the one on my PayPal account, as I have moved recently. Through no fault of his own, he sent my order to my old address. When I finally figured it all out and alerted him to the error, he immediately offered me a full refund or replacements. I was very impressed with his willingness to immediately make things right. I felt that he went over and above what most sellers would do. A+ seller, I will definitely be a return customer.
