mbenjamin16
I have a starter colony of blue bodied carbon rilis and most of them dont have the "rili" markings and are just tiger striped with the blue bodies. Is this common for carbon rilis? should i work with the tiger striped ones to get tiger neos? Are there tiger neos already around that people breed? Greenteam
Normal in low grade Carbon Rili since they don't breed 100% true to pattern. You can cull to maintain the desired look but I would wait for colony to grow first.

Soothing Shrimp
When people have asked me what var should I try to breed fro, my answer has always been for them to do what interests them. This is exactly what I'm talking about, mben. If it interests you, I say GO FOR IT! mbenjamin16
