svetilda Posted October 14, 2015 Report Share Posted October 14, 2015 I have some moss that I would like to ID. When I got it I thought it's java moss but the owner said it's not. It does look different from my java moss that I have but I've heard that moss can look different in different conditions and both of mine (these and java) grow in different conditions. But I got it from Forest Aquarium in SF (it was a very tiny piese given to me with a shrimp purchase) and asked them if it's java. They said no. But it looks different form java I have in a different tank but that tank has almost no light. I am no moss expert but these pics look like my java moss.
