Vpier
When I boil leaves I always save the water (tea) dump it in my RO water reservoir. I had the cup sitting on my desk and I thought it was ice tea and drank a large mouthful of it a few minutes ago. It tasted really good but Im not sure if it will make sick. dr0p
Mulberry leaf tea has powerful antioxidant properties and has been found to lower cholesterol, triglycerides, and reduce inflammation. Guava leaf tea also has many great health benefits similar to Mulberry. I drink teas with both often - You should be just fine http://www.livestrong.com/article/265868-what-are-the-health-benefits-of-mulberry-leaf-tea/ http://www.livestrong.com/article/297863-the-health-benefits-of-guava-leaf-tea/ Vpier and h4n

Wygglz
Mulberry also levels out your blood sugar so you don't have spikes and crashes. Way to be healthy!
Vpier
Would it be safe to drink the tea by boiling the leaves I use for shrimp?
