Moonwasaloon
Good Morning Everyone, What does everyone keeps their Nitrate Levels at? I know the lower the better, but I'm doing EI dosing, and my tank was at 40 ppm. I just bought some tigers, will this kill them?
ohmiko
I think 20 is like the "whoa" point for most.
Moonwasaloon
Thanks for the quick reply, I will be dosing less now to limit the Nitrate
JuanSan
I have been EI dosing, and have found that this regimen, with large water changes and shrimp do not mix well. I have been looking into "shrimp safe" fertilizers, but have just about given up with having shrimp in a high tech setup. 3 hours ago, Moonwasaloon said: Good Morning Everyone, What does everyone keeps their Nitrate Levels at? Brolly33
I try to keep nitrate at 0. 10 was enough to kill my oebt over time. I have been having decent results with CRS/mischlings in less than 10ppm using Flourish. But slow growth and not high techSent from my iPad using Tapatalk
