Do these look like planaria?  Tank is about two months old.  Couple weeks ago had a hydra outbreak in this and another tank, treated with panacur and all hyrdra are gone.  Then these guys show up.  They do not have the typical triangle shaped head, but they also don't look like other detritus worms I've seen.  Halp.

Agree, These are Rhabdoceola, absolutely harmless. Feed less.

JLau shows you a picture of the planaria threat. Yuk
