pictokid1983
if its gene, could it improve over time with further generations by selectively breeding the better looking ones ?

wicca32
my theory is due to red/black crossing. i had some blacks that did this and offspring every now and then would be crs. crs came from cbs long ago and some people still keep them in the same tank. that is my guess but it could be way off and really hard to prove unless you know the linage of your shrimp way back if it was stress white tends to be the first thing to fade on crystal red shrimp not the red/black color
