Triton
In the recent topic column, i feel like it shouldn't just show the new topics, but rather show the threads or topics that have been commented on most recently
OblongShrimp
I like that it shows only new topics so people are aware of them and they don't get buried by more "popular" threads that getting replies. What are other peoples thoughts? There is also a link called "View New Content" that is in the blue bar on the right that shows you topics based on the most recent post or based on other filters you choose. Triton
Understandable, either is fine with me, the one forum I have been active on for awhile has something like that, but also has the type that shows the threads with the newest comments
Soothing Shrimp
I use the View New Content almost exclusively right now. As the forum grows though, I like to be able to enter a category and see what has recently been responded to as suggested. Otherwise I'd be going through lots of new posts in all categories that I may not have an interest in.
Triton
Just noticed when you go into each forum the new stuff has a light blue tint to it
Soothing Shrimp
I see it on my screen as bold. Not a problem right now, however as members grow, posts will too, causing a flip through pages to find previous threads that are responded to.
