OMG Aquatics
So if you know your shrimp and snails both love a certain food, let's say OmniaPro and you know the snails will hog it up. Should I grind the pellet into powder so the whole tank gets some or leave it as pellet and cut it into smaller pieces to place in different parts of tank? Soothing Shrimp
When I fed powder food, I didn't know how much to add and wound up with hydra. Now I know better, but still am gunshy. I'd just put a pellet in, wait until the snails congregate on it,and add another for the shrimp in a different spot. OMG Aquatics

I was adding small pieces in different spots at the same time with no results. Your way sure would show results. Soothing Shrimp
OblongShrimp
I'd just put a pellet in, wait until the snails congregate on it,and add another for the shrimp in a different spot. I do this sometimes when my snails are hogging to much.
